The canopy on my outdoor swing was in tatters, but no one at Home Depot (where it was purchased) could tell me where to get replacement a canopy or cushions or even who to call as they didn't sell replacements for seasonal products. After some digging and a few very frustrating phone calls, I got hold of TSY. I explained my situation (and I'm sorry I don't have the woman's name), she asked me to send her a photo of the swing set, which I did. She replied by e-mail with the information I needed; I sent a check the same day, and within a couple of days I had my replacement canopy. All-in-all one of the best experiences I have had with a business. I would recommend TSY to anyone without reservations! Pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
