They were very friendly and honest. I couldn't find the model number for my outdoor swing, and the lady was very pleasant and patiently waited on the phone while I searched all the tags on the swing. I read her all the tags and labels I found, and she identified the model number she needed from all the different numbers I read to her. They were honest and efficient, and delivered on time. Great company!

The canopy on my outdoor swing was in tatters, but no one at Home Depot (where it was purchased) could tell me where to get replacement a canopy or cushions or even who to call as they didn't sell replacements for seasonal products. After some digging and a few very frustrating phone calls, I got hold of TSY. I explained my situation (and I'm sorry I don't have the woman's name), she asked me to send her a photo of the swing set, which I did. She replied by e-mail with the information I needed; I sent a check the same day, and within a couple of days I had my replacement canopy. All-in-all one of the best experiences I have had with a business. I would recommend TSY to anyone without reservations! Pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
